Hayes: -Smiles at Brent- Maybe we can even join all the couples here since my brother has a spare room in his appartment.
Brent: Don't go to fast there, I mean, we need to ask them first. You can't just assume they will let us.
Nash: -Comes up with Julia- Assume what?
Brent: He was assuming that we would be able to join your guys here permanently and live with you guys in the bedroom down there since we are dating.
Julia: You guys are dating?

Hayes: Now, about that spare room down in your appartment?
Nash: -Chuckles- If you want it, it is yours now guys.
Hayes: -Looks at Brent and smiles as he rubs his neck and then kisses him- I love you.

Hayes: -Smiles as he rubs his face and then kisses him after just getting their first place together and announcing their relationship to the guys-
